Damaged or wrong items

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product, message us on WhatsApp (+91 98356 31665) within 48 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video if possible.

Conditions

• Items must be unused, unwashed and with original tags and packing.
• Innerwear and items on final sale may not be returnable.

Refunds and exchanges

After we check the returned item, we will offer an exchange or refund. The refund method will be agreed with you directly.
